Move Forward's outreach team connects with youth ages 12–24 who are experiencing homelessness and helps them access the support they need to stay safe and get back on their feet. Whether it’s at school, through a trusted adult, or word of mouth, we work hard to find you—wherever you are.
We actively partner with schools, local nonprofits, and StreetWorks to identify young people in crisis and offer immediate, hands-on support. From finding shelter and stable housing to accessing meals, mental health care, and basic supplies, we’ll help you take the next right step.
By addressing physical needs, mental health, and housing simultaneously, we empower youth to focus on long-term goals—school, employment, and independence.
Walk-in services mean faster access to mental health care and housing referrals, preventing prolonged stays on the streets or in unsafe living situations.
A hot meal, clean clothes, and a safe environment reduce daily stress and stigma.
Youth experiencing homelessness face heightened risks: hunger, exploitation, mental health struggles, and school dropout. Our integrated model combines crisis intervention, case management, and basic needs support (food, showers, laundry) under one roof.
