Supporting At-Risk Youth and FAmilies in Minnesota

Our Impact

At Move Forward, we believe that every young person deserves a safe place to live, someone to turn to, and the tools to thrive. Through youth outreach, supportive housing, and community-based mental health care, we provide individualized, culturally affirming services that meet young people where they are—literally and emotionally.

2024 program impact

"I'm just so grateful for this opportunity to start therapy with Move Forward. My therapist was absolutely amazing and I'm hoping that I can continue meeting with Move Forward in the future."

The staff are dedicated and collaborative partners. The case manager’s language skills and her wealth of knowledge in both strategies for those who are difficult to house and immigration-related issues have greatly benefited our students and their families.

Move Forward is an essential resource for our students. The barrier-free mental health supports and case management services provide support to so many students in need. As a school social worker, I can say I genuinely don't know how I would do it without Move Forward!

Real stories. Real support. Real impact.
